Choosing a retainer package means you have guaranteed availability and priority scheduling for your tasks and projects. With consistent support tailored to your business needs, you can focus on growing your business while we handle the rest.

Here's how it works...

  1. Complete the Retainer Request Form: Provide as much detail as possible about your ongoing needs and projects you want to tackle.  
  2. Schedule a Consultation Call: We’ll chat over the phone to make sure I’m a good fit for your needs and estimate the number of hours required per month. 
  3. Complete the Engagement Agreement: You’ll receive an agreement outlining exactly what you can expect.
  4. Submit Your Initial Payment: You’ll receive a link to set up your monthly payment by credit card. Payments are automatically deducted each month until you cancel. 
  5. Schedule Your Kickoff Call: We’ll get back together to start implementing our work agreement.

Our retainer packages are structured to offer the right amount of support for your business. Select the package that fits your needs and enjoy the benefits of having a dedicated professional on call.

All packages require a minimum 3-month commitment. Then, you’re welcome to cancel any time. 

Starter Package
$300/mo.

A total of 6 hours per month.
Ideal for light support on a budget.

Growth Package
$600/mo.

 A total of 12 hours per month. 
Perfect for growing your business.

Platinum Package
$1,000/mo.

A total of 20 hours per month.
Great for heavier workloads.

You can find my current list of services on the Project Implementation Page. If you don’t see what you need, please get in touch with me so we can discuss your goals. 

Billing is done monthly, and you’ll receive an invoice for the selected package on the same date each month until you cancel. Additional hours or services beyond the retainer will be billed separately.

Yes, you can adjust your retainer package based on your changing needs. Just contact us to discuss the changes.

You can roll over a maximum of 5 hours per month and they must be used before any additional rollovers are applied. For example, a 10 hour plan can have a maximum total of 15 hours the following month if 5 hours or more are unused the previous month. 

You will be notified if you are reaching your monthly maximum. If this occurs, you have several options:

1. Put the project on hold until the following month. 
2. Add more hours at a rate of $65 per hour.
3. Upgrade to a higher monthly package.
4. Purchase additional projects separately.

There is a minimum 3 month commitment for all retainer packages. Once 3 months have passed, you can cancel any time by emailing Beth@BethDeyo.com or texting 941-705-4808. A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required.

If you cancel less than 2 weeks before your next billing period, you will be billed one final month and will be able to use the hours you purchased.

My goal is to ensure you are satisfied with the work I provide. Feel free to offer feedback and I’ll work with you until we get it right. In extreme circumstances, excessive revision requests may result in additional billing hours.
